Debt recovery plus new first letter

Hi all, i have finally received myfirst letter from DEBT RECOVERY PLUS today which is different than the one listed in crabmans thread. i have uploaded it to photobucket http://s1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb405/hammer684/?action=view¤t=Photo0746.jpg
this one mentions nothing of bailiffs,attachment of earnings etc but does say they have to recover the monies from me as the driver at the time, how they abide by the code of the BPA ,if i was not the driver to provide them with the name of who was (funny as they had already said i was the driver in their first paragraph) and that the BPA states the courts do not look favourably on people who withhold information from operators with genuine , reasonable and proper cause :think:. Then go on to sayif i dont pay then it MAY get passed over to their solicitor TO COMMENCE COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS.
