Sky Remote wont change channels on my digibox!

Our Sky Remote has stopped changing channels on our Digibox! The LED lights up on the remote, but will not change the channel, or Vol. All the interactive type buttons dont work either.

However, It still controls the TV functions (Vol etc)....which is bizzare because its usually the other way around.

The remote has brand new batteries - all latest remote codes have been entered.

Just doesnt work! It cant be faulty as t controls the TV functions fine!

Any help?

Yres I am. I' m pretty good with these things, so cant understand whats playing up. Its seems as though the Sky digital part of the remote may be 'locked'.

Could it be?

Can you borrow another RC to try? ..if it works its the RC if it doesn't its the box.

Hi, the tired one,

this happens to my SKY box sometimes, sounds as if your box has ' froze ', try switching it off at the wall socket for a few seconds and then switch it back on and let it reset itself, usually clears it for me.
