1. The promotion closes at midnight 31st March 2012.

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or above, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd (“Jordans”), their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. To enter, no purchase is necessary simply visit http://www.jordanscereals.co.uk/free-goodies/ and fill in the relevant form.

4. The prize consists of:

First Prize:
A 4 night weekday (Monday to Friday) break in a two bed Ramsey self catering lodge at Bluestone. A Ramsey lodge sleeps up to 4 people. The prize can be taken at any time in 2012 excluding the following dates:
• April 2nd - 16th 2012
• June 1st - 11th 2012
• July 23rd - 1st September 2012
• Oct 29th - 5th Nov
• Dec 24th -31st Dec
Travel to and from Bluestone, meals and activities including spa treatments are not included in the prize.

Runners Up Prizes:
Five winners will receive an Orla Kiely breakfast set, each set consists of:
1 x milk jug
1 x pair of mugs
1 x teapot
Selection of Jordans cereals & bars (minimum 2 packs of cereal) – these cannot be chosen by the winners and will be selected by The Promoter.


5. No cash alternative is available

6. The competition is open to UK residents only.

7. The judge’s decision is final and binding in all matters.

8. It will be the responsibility of the winner to arrange appropriate travel insurance, travel to and from Bluestone and any other expenses which may arise. Activities undertaken while at Bluestone are not included in the prize.

9. The draw will be made at random and the winner will be notified by e-mail w/c 2nd March 2012. The holiday must be reserved directly with Bluestone by 30th April 2012 and must be taken during 2012. The prizes are non-transferable and resort choice is strictly subject to availability. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Incomplete entries, or entries which are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Jordans will be excluded from the prize draw.

11. While we can take responsibility for making great cereal, we’re afraid we can’t take responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

12. The Promoter cannot take responsibility for any prizes which are lost, damaged or broken in transit.

13. No cash alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. The name of the prize-winner will be available from The Promoter by post after the 1st May 2012.

15. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you have agreed for Jordans to use your entry for publicity purposes including online formats eg. Facebook and on the Jordans website.

16. If the winner has not contacted us within 28 days of first email notification we reserve the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.

17. Entrants name, email and addresses may be shared with Bluestone. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your permission except for the purposes of the draw you have entered.

18. The Promoter retains the right to cancel this free prize draw at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise out of their control.

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition to accepting any prize.

20. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily pr permanently, this Competition with our without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane. Strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure

These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning these terms and conditions and any matter arising therefrom.

Thanks for posting dollop :T ~ Not sure if it makes much difference but they've now changed the runners up prize to an Emma Bridgewater breakfast set including a teapot, two half pint mugs and a milk jug to be won instead of an Orla Kiely breakfast set
