  • Charge them for your time, you are going to have stay in all day in the hope they collect your item.

well yes you would have to wait for them to come and collect. If they can get the courier to come at an arranged time like you would with a buyer, then charge the same.

but like said, courier could be anytime, so yes charge them for your time.

Do not take paypal on a collected item, it is a big No No. In cases of dispute paypal will ask you to prove delivery using an online trackable method from this list:

    https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext&eloc=1900&loc=1896&unique_id=95937&source_page=_home&flow=

If you can't and the buyer tries to scam you then you will lose your money. Collection items should be paid for in advance by cheque or bank transfer, or paid for by cash on collection.

    So summarising...

    dont touch paypal
    dont touch bank transfers
    dont touch cheques

also personally i would add, don't touch cash either - its always dirty and you could get germs and theres no guarantees someone wasnt copying dvds to make money for terrorists who are laundering it by buying items on ebay.
