i joint rated people 3 months ago but didn't not cancel my automatic renewal.
To be fair a couple of days before the renewal date they sent an e-mail to say my renewal will be done automaticaly on friday.
I did not read the e-mail in my inbox until monday once i had seen the money come out my account.
Today(monday) there rep said it was not their policy to repay membership fees under these circumstances.
How can i get my money back?(£40)
thanks Nathan

It is therefore reasonable for the company to assume that it is your intention to continue with the service.
They have now taken your money and in return are providing you with the service.
Not sure you have any real reason to get a refund.
I would imagine the only way is to ask them very nicely.0 -
By appealing to their good nature? They've done nothing wrong and legally you have no redress. Make sure you cancel the membership and the auto-renewal so it doesn't happen again but realistically I think you've got to wave bye-bye to that forty quid."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
