Today ive recieved the following letters: 1 from Black Horse regarding 3 claims (lets call them A,B and C) asking would i fill out a questionnaire which only contained B's agreement number and is 6 sheets long . My question is why do I need to do with again when I first raised a claim I sent…

The annoying thing is they sent me 1 starting 1 agreement number but I sent 3 fos claims in...watch them reply saying please fill in another 2
