holiday for single person without penalties

I have been looking for a holiday to any Costa dels or anywhere else in Sun for that matter for single person but they are all charging single person supplement. Any one has any suggestion pl. Max budget £250
I want to go 0n 16-18 Feb 07 for 4 to 7 days
