hi, a colleague of mine has brought some goods from the above company, unfortunatly they are faulty, he has emailed them numerous times but no reponse. I have searched hard to find a phone number but to no avail, i believe they are using a drop box address,

Does anyone have a contact number for them? if not he is going to open a dispute with ebay/paypal but worth trying easy option first.

They are based in stoke on trent if that helps

Looking at their website it's not a company I would have used. Reasons:

(1) Simplistic off the shelf website
(2) Hides behind a PO Box - no geographical address
(3) No UK landline number
(4) Contact is via a contact form only

I would go for an eBay/Paypal dispute.

Also ebay may give your colleague a phone number if they have bought from them via ebay.

thanks for your replys, i was very dubious of company with PO box address and looking at street view it shows a post office, i will have a chat with colleague and get him to open a paypal/ebay dispute, thanks for your efforts people:-)

I think the postcode associated with PO Boxes is usually that of a Royal Mail/Post Office facility.
