Barclays have no record of my loans

Hi, I wonder if someone could help me. I rang Barclays today to find out the account number of a loan I had which ended in November 2006. The lady at the call centre said she could see my history from as far back as 1998, and no where does it show that I have ever had a loan. I know I have had 2 (had one, then "topped" it up), it's even showing on my credit report. Where do I go from here? I would be very greateful of any help or advise. Thank you in advance

Before you do the SAR.
Ring them back and say these loans are on your credit file, you have paid these loans and want to put a claim in for mis sell of the ppi.
Give your bank a ring and ask if they can find the dd that you paid,if they can,the account numbers will be there.0 -
Thanks for that. Before I could send off the SAR the documents mysteriously landed on my doormat. No covering letter or anything, just my loan agreements.0
