Here's a query, I've been told I will receive £1.20pw income based JSA if I haven't paid enough national insurance for contribution based JSA which they are still looking into, would they force me to go onto the back to work programme for £1.20pw? Its a year of I know but just curious if they would actually do that? Has that actually happened to anyone? I find it ridiculous.
