Hi Helpful People
Could any one please clarify PPI on Capital One reclaim. They recently sent me copy statements and my application form in 2000. The earlier statements show PPI but I had obviously cancelled after a few years in 2004. Paid off the card after a long struggle last Sepember. Can i reclaim the PPI from those earlier years due to apre existing medical conditions (2)?
Also included in my SAR was somebody else's Credit Card agreement abit naughty i think.
Any info or advice most welcome.
