Fitting insulation (Celotex) above raked ceiling, also fit extractor fan

Hi all
Any suggestions on how much I should be looking at to install Celotex boarding in the cavity between my roof tiles and the raked edge of the upstairs ceilings? Access should be possible internally from the edge of the loft (I've not been up there to check yet).
At the same time, I'd like an extractor fan fitting in my bathroom. There's already a blank hole (with a plate across it) so it would just be a case of installing the fan and electrics. The house is a 3 bed semi, and it's only the front and back (i.e. 2 sides) that need the insulation.
I could probably do the work myself but a builder may be able to do it in a 10th of the time that I can!
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Installing a new fan in a bathroom is notifiable work and your builder will need to give you test and Part P (Building Regs) certificates for this
The price will depend on how you want the fan to operate - on with lights, or own pullcord, how easy it is to access the electrics to supply it, and the age of your fuse board.. Impossible to say without seeing your home, sorry

as long as you leave an airspace of at least 50mm there shouldn't be a problem, but if you are considering completely filling the space, then as others have said, very bad ideaThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
