money back from living social, help please!

I bought a voucher for a nest of tables, they never arrived and I got in touch with the company supplying them and he said that they were damaged so he wouldn't be sending them.
He now won't answer his phone, so I have gone back to Living Social and asked them to sort it out, they assured me I would get my money back, yet I have now been waiting since mid-December for this to be resolved, they keep telling me that the relevant department have to investigate and I will be advised on what to do next in due course, I think they have had plenty time but cannot get any further, does anyone know what I could/should do next?
