Loan from GE arranged through a broker

Hi, just a quickie really.
In 2007 we took out a loan through green hill finance, and the loan is with GE money.
It appears we have had ppi on this, and so to reclaim it should we approach green hill or GE?
Thanks in advance

You contact the seller as the seller is responsible for advice given.
