Car Tax for disabled person

My mother is disabled, she lives with me and I drive her around, doctors, shopping etc, can I get my car tax free as she is disabled? thanks

    Only if she gets higher rate mobility element of DLA and if your car is only used for the purposes of the disable person.

    So if you use your car for any other reason, no you can't.
