Very confused about lloyds letter

hey all, first time posting on here so bear with me. My mum has recieved a letter from lloyds, dated 22nd december offering her £8500, which obviosuly she is accepting. After reading your posts im confused. Many have stated they have recieved more than one letter from lloyds. My mum recived a letter with the amount, what to do if she accepts/not accepts and a calculations letter. Also it stated that her case was a priority so payment will be made quickly, has anybody else recieved their lloyds offer letter like this, especially the part which states its a priority due to delay?

dont get your hopes up.. you could be lucky and receive payment within weeks or like the rest of us be still waiting 3/4 months later!!!!!! good luck
