Hi.
would like some advice if anyone can help please
i tried to purchase some ugg boots in october2011, payment was made straight away and delivery was expected 6-10 days.
I waited two weeks then contacted them via email as no phone number. I was told they would be sent asap. i waited another 2 weeks contacted again, had same response. .6weeks after placing an order i still received nothing. i requested a refund from the seller which they agreed to give. its been 7 days and still no refund. when i tried to visit the site i had been notified it has no longer exists. What can i do?? I have emailed them again but no reply.

What kind of debit card was it, and what was the full name of the website? Have you checked to see who the site was registered to? My guess is it will be a Chinese site.

That's what i thought :-( not sure how to check who it registered to? I used my bank card..
.but no unusual activity has been going on...

I can't post full website address. i haven't been a member long enough. it was a visa. just checked through statements and says shanghai???

I think you need to speak to your bank. I believe that the Visa guarantee also covers debit cards.
