PPI and LLoyds TSB

Hi to everyone
New on here so treat me kind lol.
In the process of claiming PPI for both LLoyds Credit card and also Personal loan(closed loan in 2008 and reloaned without ppi).
My first letters are going off in the morning for both to LLoyds, how long do I have to give them to reply to the first letter asking for repayment.
I am in this for the long haul and understand that it will take ages though I wish to start the process right, from the off.

i have just had a letter from them for a ppi claim, it states they will get back within 8 weeks. Hope this helps.0

Hello, sorry to be the bearer or bad news but LTSB are notorious for taking ages to action any payment, even if they've confirmed that you have a case and are due funds. I've been waiting since Nov, but from the looks of other MSE users some cases have been ongoing since May 2011- Credit cards seem to be the worst culprit!
