Egg?

Quick question.

I sent a reclaim PPI letter to Egg but i haven't heard anything since and i sent it in November now i'm guessing its because Barclaycard took over the Egg accounts, as this is the case does this mean that Barclaycard are also liable to for customers claiming against Egg?

I've already lodged a claim with Barclays and i have heard from them but am waiting for the full decision, fingers crossed!

Hi there

I think Barclays will still investigate the complaint even though it was EGG that sold it to you.
Hopefully someone who have dealt with these will post up soon of their own experience as I understand there are many on here who have done, good luck.

Hi,

I've reprinted this claim and will be sending it too Barclaycard this time along with all my egg account numbers.

I've already put in a claim against Barclaycard ( already had great success with Barclays themselves!) so will be interested to see what happens.

Hi I also put in a reclaim to EGG wasn't sure who to send it to, so I contacted Barclaycard and they sent me the questionnaire, completed that and sent it back on 31st Jan. Still waiting to hear from them but they did say it would be dealt with by 15th March...lets hope so! Good luck!
