Groupon Refund Help Required

I've had a look through many posts about this and cant find much advise or even a phone number for groupon
I have 3 unused groupons,
1, restaurant that was full each time i tried to book on phone, now expired
2, Gutter clean & maintenance that expired in dec, but could only offer me appointment after the expiry, promised to honour it, then never showed,
3, spa treatment, who cancelled my appointment in sept 2011 due to staff sickness, when i tried to rebook in dec, was told they are taking no more bookings and to get a refund from groupon. this offer has not expired, expiry is march 2012 but has completey disapeared from groupon account purchases.
total purchase 3 deals 100.00
I emailed for a refund on all three dec 30th 2011
was offered groupon credits on same day
I replied to state i did not want credit and want money refunded.
No reply
I emailed again on 9th jan 2012
No reply
I have just emailed again. I also tried to ring number in usa (only number i can find, but constantly engaged.
Groupon says in their T&C's if a deal is not honoured by the comany you can get a refund
Can someone help me with how to get one?
2 of the deals are showing as used in my account and one has disapeared as if i never purchased it. i can access this info from my iphone app.
But when i try to log into groupon on my pc it says my email address is not recognised.
Please help!
