Do you own or rent the property? Suppliers seem to be more reluctant to remove PPMs from rented properties especially in areas with high tenant turnover like university towns.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

If my other half had got round to giving her bank details, and then been told we couldn't change meters we would have a better understanding.. She didn't get that far.. And when she asked if my details would make a difference, she was told it's our address..Nobody at BG or any other company can say why a credit check has not been passed by a customer. Experian may hold incorrect information and it would be worth checking your report.
We're far from in a University town, so very little coming and going.. Vast majority in our court of houses have been here at least as long as me, and thats 5 years..
We rent but surely that shouldn't be an issue..0
