As a new(?) user it won't allow me to post including the link, so I've had to remove it then replace it with normal text.
MSE Andrea's A: Amazon Marketplace is Amazon's equivalent of eBay, meaning you've bought something from a member of the public or a trader. If its a trader you have sad fart rights as normal, but if it's a member of the public, the only rule is it should be 'as described'.
