RP2 Form?

The administrator gave me an RP1 form, but searching the net I see another form called an RP2 form for pay in lieu of notice, I didn't fill in one of these, do I need to or is it merged into the RP1 form

You'll be sent the RP2 for when your notice period is up.

I.e. if you were made redundant and were due 6 weeks notice you will get the form about 6 weeks after the date of the redundancy.

If you need to complete one the RPO will send you one. If they don't send you one then it is their opinion that you don't need to complete one
  • Hi Sorry if i am not ment to ask a question here but i have been made redundant due to insolvency. I will need to complete the RP2 form but have been offered another job starting 3 weeks after my redundancy date. I dont want to sign on for this period ( just far too much hassle ) and i am spending abit of time with my Kids. If i dont sign on will it effect my 3 weeks notice pay?
