hello, first post!
i'm going to be in America for a couple of months shortly and need to be able to make calls to within the U.S and back here to the UK whilst at my lap top working.
is Skype worth using for this? i don't quite understand how a hand set will work with my lap top.
any help greatly appreciated!

Theree IS no handset, unless you buy a USB one that simply routes the audio and mic to something you press against your head. Most laptops will allow full connectivity without this. Cost-wise, the are pretty good - especially as Skype to Skype is free. It is seamless between the UK/USA, but you need to pay with a CC/Debit Card linked to the country of your registered address.0
