It's like Morrisons Scampi / Scampi Bites £3.99 BUT I only buy when it's BOG2F.

Would you pay £3.99 for one bag of 220g or so Scampi / Bites???

Went in loanshark of food world co-op today 30omega fish fingers £4.53!

This comment is very true, Co-op have ridiculous prices. They are the closest supermarket to me, so usually pop in on my way home from work. Sometimes they can have a good offer on, but that isn't very often. Their normal prices on things are scandalous, I do still see people coming out with trolley loads, I just think they must have money to burn. :D

totally agree, my nearest supermarket is a co-op, only one central enough for people to walk to, those who don't have a car are stuck, as there is nothing within easy walking/public transport distance.
Not only prices are higher than waitrose, but the quality is just appalling, we only buy branded products there as we've had too many bad experiences.

It's a bit like when you went there next time they had a special offer HALF PRICE [STRIKE]£4.99[/STRIKE] £2.49 (just because they had it at that price in a tiny store in some obscure place)

It's like Boots meal deals, I always get vitamin water when I get a meal deal as I like it, but it's really expensive. I always go for the more expensive options in the meal deals.

I used to work in a call centre next door to an out of town shopping centre. The only shop that sold food was Boots and we went there every weekend as no canteen. About 8 of us did a contest of who saved the most and 9 times of out ten it was me. Easy for me as I liked everything.

This was when Boots did things like Tuna Mayo jacket potatoes, 750ml of squeezed orange juice etc.
