Possible to reclaim £12 overlimit fees from RBS?

I have a business credit cards with RBS and am becoming increasingly frustrated with the charges applied. When using the card my spending doesn't go over the credit limit but when interest is applied this puts me over the credit limit and RBS are charging me for this. Surely as my actual spending isn't putting me over the limit and the interest is this isn't in accordance with the fair banking policy? If this is the case would it be possible to reclaim these charges? Has anyone else any experience with this?

If you're getting charged interest monthly than you should have an approximate idea of how much it will come to each month. Perhaps you can leave a bit of space so you're being pushed overlimit by the interest.0
