I'm on ESA at present for Rheumatoid Arthritis.....have been told (not by anyone official) if I work for 15 hours or less a week I can keep the ESA.....if I work over 16 hours a week I can claim DWTC. Is this correct?
I have had RA for 24 years and up until a year ago worked full time, but had problems after marriage break up.....I have some volunteering work lined up and am looking, with the help of the mental health team, for part time work.
