Credit card charge claiming whilst on DMP

Hi, some advice please! I am currently on a DMP and feel I could pay a chunk of it off by reclaiming all the fees (there were many - 13 credit card accounts :eek:)
I'm not sure who to send the SARs to tho because many of my accounts are now with debt management companies. Do I send them to the original credit card companies or the DMCs?
Please advise as I feel this could really help me.
