As much as you can carry!!! Its pointless being there if you run out of stock. Fill the car/van and then fill the car/van of your helpers too. You can always take it back after the event its not like it is perishable lolEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0

I handmake it all! lol its not bought in stock, im putting my hrs down to 2 days a week mid next month so i have time to work on stuff :j
But yes im going to do as much as i can, anything not sold can either be sold online or at other eventsI'm not a bloke! :rotfl:My real name is Sinead, Sid is my nickname :rotfl:0 -
Duct tape, electrical tape and zip ties will allow you to bodge anything
The key thing that is often overlooked is to train your helpers in advance and make some clear guides for them with prices, styles, contact details etc so they have all the info they need to hand. It's ironic that shows are the main customer facing events but are often the time when the worst customer service is given as stall helpers have little knowledge of the product they are selling.0 -
I had a nightmare with gazebos and windy weather this Summer, I had a whole 6ft table with stock on upturn. The sides on the gazebo made it worse. Take loads of weights etc.
I'm guessing you'll be at Trinity Park? A new dog creche has opened in Martlesham, perhaps they will put your leaflets in advertising the event.
The other thing is don't be too disappointed if you don't sell a lot. I've had a booking this week from a fair I did last August, it is promoting your brand too. Print stickers with your logo on to give to the passing children!0
