Working Tax Credit Question
Littleton
Hi all. Quick question about my working tax credit application. I have been working in my current job for three and a half months and last week submitted an application for working tax credit, hoping that if awarded it will be backdated three months, as usual.
Since I sent the application, several factors have changed in my workplace that have made me strongly consider leaving and looking for another job.
My question is: if I leave my present employment before the decision on my tax credit award has been made, will I be disqualified from receiving the backdated three months of payments from the time I was employed?
Many thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to help me with this, and I do hope the question has not already been answered on the forum; I searched before I posted.
Thanks!

No, if you were eligible while working you'll still get it backdated even if you leave.0
