i have just received my 2nd letter stating final reminder for £70, i am going to take your advise and ignore, i looked on the threads but could not find this 2nd letter, it is exactly the same as the 1st but has final reminder in red,
i was parked on my local free shopping park with my disabled badge(which i know now does not apply)next to the disabled lane but was in shaded area

Don't worry you will get a final final reminder before it gets passed to the debt collectors.

Unless the landowner can prove that by you parking in the shaded area they lost £70 it's an unlawful contractually penalty

thanks, i have had a good look on crabman stickies and found the 2 letters that i have received, they were posted by hammer 684 although it looks like all of his letter was mostly in red, FINAL REMINDER AND payment options and instructions can be found overleaf are in red in my letter, so i await the next one, in a few days it seems, i keep you informed if thats ok
