Moneyclaim fees paid....

....but the bank want to settle and I'm happy to do so!

Is there any way I can get the fees back, as, for the sake of £300 interest, I'm quite happy to let it go.

If you also want your court costs, you need to tell the bank their offer is too late. They must now refund your costs or the claim will continue.

Anyone got a template letter to say "too little too late" to an offer made by natwest. I filed my MCOL 31.01, received offer letter dated 02.02, received on 09.02 and they acknowledged claim on 08.02.

I feel really P****D off at the fact i have paid £120 and that it will be wasted. So basically want to continue with court action.

How would you suggest i word a letter to decline their offer unless they are willing to pay the £120 court costs etc i have incurred.

    Help would be much appreciated.

    thanks
