Do I need to do anything else in regards to my redundancy?

I have filled in the RP1 form I think it was called and returned it to the administrators, I presume that will get my my redundancy payment, But what about the unpaid notice period, holidays and pay I am owed? And if the company has been made insolvent does that not mean I've lost out?

You should have claimed this on the same form.

Yes I added all that in, but I thought the payments come from separate places?

I know that you get stat. redundancy pay, holiday pay accrued, and wages owed. but do you actually get unpaid notice pay.

I didnt think so but Im quite happy to be corrected.

I thought since I didn't get any notice I would get pay in lieu of notice.

    redundancy
wages - up to a maximum of eight weeks
holiday pay - up to a maximum of six weeks
compensatory notice pay - one week after one calendar month's service rising to one week per year of service up to a maximum of 12 weeks (new earnings will be taken into account)

Or have I picked this up wrong? I also read that the $hits take away any state benefits I get now from this figure
