EA scumbags

Is it me or are all EA's scumbags of the highest order?
nearly 9 months ago I accepted an offer on my flat. since then the whole process has moved at a snail's pace. the entire time, i was saying the EA "i want the flat to remain on the market as this buyer doesn't look interested". the EA assured me it was on the market, but every 4 weeks or so, sent some email saying the buyer had now got round to the next stage.
Anyway, after 9 months, i became fed up with the buyer and had a friend call the EA to ask if any flats were for sale in my block. to my surprise (not) only two were for sale and mine was not one of them!!!!
so all this time, that i thought it was on the market the EA had been lying to me.
scumbags.
