I always lose my Rosemary in winter- it dies outside and dies if I keep it inside too. Maybe a grenhouse is perfect for it?

big frost risk tonight in country areas SW. -1

I spent some time putting cages and tunnels up today, over potatoes, environmesh or just mesh ones as they are getting battered by wind and they`ll maybe keep the frost off. Wind breaks are up too and fleece on runner wigwams. French beans are gonners

All toms and tender plants at home are fleeced inside their pvc greenhouses. Any out are moved towards the house wall. Even a layer over the strawbs at home as I read that frost doesn`t do the flowers any good. No end in sight and I am glad I am not on holiday

Had a few frosts lately, welcome to the sunny south. Tomorrow should be the last (I hope)

Yep, that was the year I got caught in snow in Prices St in Edinburgh in the middle of JUNE! I think my delicates have departed this life forever, and I wont be long after them if this keeps up!
