How often do you change your bedding/duvet/pillows?

I was wondering when one should replace their bedding such as duvet and pillows? I know they absorb sweat etc over the years and can be a breeding ground for mites etc.

I changed my pillows after 5 years. My duvets must be over 10 years old.
Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems :( Well at least i learn something on the way :D

I have Dunlopillo latex pillows and they must be about 20 years old. But they've been washed in the washer countless times and I always put thick, quilted pillow protecters on them which are washed regularly. My duvet was replaced in 2010.
