got car clamped for not showing permit!!

I got car clamped in a private car but my permit was not on show as it fall on the car floor, so they clamp the car and cost me £125. How do I appeal to this? I spoke with the company and they said to write a letter for the appeal.

your first mistake was to pay them you should have removed it yourself without damaging it;)

Yep should have left vehicle, cut the clamp off then cash it in at the scrap yard

How do I appeal this... followed by how they've told you to appeal?

Appeal will always be refused. The only way to get the money back is to issue small claims court on the clamper and the person who contracted them. I suggest you repost on the parking forum and pepipoo.com
