got car clamped for not showing permit!!

I got car clamped in a private car but my permit was not on show as it fall on the car floor, so they clamp the car and cost me £125. How do I appeal to this? I spoke with the company and they said to write a letter for the appeal.

How do I appeal this... followed by how they've told you to appeal? :p
  • Appeal will always be refused. The only way to get the money back is to issue small claims court on the clamper and the person who contracted them. I suggest you repost on the parking forum and pepipoo.com
