Microwave - Silver card

I need to replace the silver card inside my microwave.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
I've been unable to find any reference on the internet
Does it have a special name?

Can I replace it with ordinary cardboard or does it have to be special stuff?
Where can i get any "special stuff"?

This is my first post here, so at least one reply
(even if it says "i don't know")
would be nice!!

I thought they were universal. Goes to show what I know!

Thanks to meadowcat, I now know that the silver card is officially called a "wave guide cover".

And if you don't have one, think yourself lucky, because it will never need replacing!

Well, thanks to both of you, cos I never even knew what the 'silver card' was there for or even that it could be replaced!

Although I have only got a cheapo Cookworks micro from Argos that is about on its last legs anyway!
