Can I just let everyone know that my after asking lloyds tsb to look into all my loans cards etc I was amazed to receive an offer of 34152.49 refund of my mortgagesure payments plus interest, breakdown as follows.
    £33206.20 premiums
    £2151.75 Interest at 8%
£1205.46 -less previously accepted claim which was on my behalf when I was ill sometime in the 90s.
So peeps mortgage sure is refunded if you were self employed when you took it out and they didnt say you would not be paid out.
I also had £7000 in other payments which I will add to the success thread.
Thanks for all the advice folks.
