Hi,
I have started a DMP with the CCCS from October 2011. Prior to this we have been in fiancial crisis for many years, using credit to pay credit due to income reduction and increased interest charges.
I contacted the Halifax when DMP commenced and they agreed to stop charges and interest on OD for next 12 months and repaid 2 months of charges
Do you think I should try to claim for previous 3 years. I have calculated that the charges are approx £2000 (OD amount!!). I did submit a claim for a earlier period in 2007 which was turned down and I did not pursue.
Just thinking if I should try or leave alone as they are playing ball currently.
