1. Bounty Members have a chance to enter the competition for a chance to win a hair makeover with Louise Rednapp in London on a date in March 2012. (Please note Promoter recommends that Members who are pregnant should not enter the competition.)
2. To enter the competition Members are required to use the Schwarzkopf's colour booth application and upload a photograph of themselves to the Bounty website at www.bounty.com/client/schwarzkopf/competition/jan12
3. Members agree that by uploading their image it will appear on Schwarzkopf's hub page on the Bounty website and members acknowledge that the gallery is public and may be accessed by non-Bounty members.
4. The winner will be required to travel to Schwarzkopf's London Academy (74-78, Seymour Place, London, W1H 2EH) in a day in March 2012 for their hair makeover. Further details will be provided by the Promoter to the winner.
5. Closing date for the competition is the 31st January 2012
6. One winner will be chosen at random by Bounty (UK) Limited from all successful entrants, the winners contact details will be provided to the Promoter only for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
7. The winner will be notified by email by the Promoter within 14 days of the competition draw.
8. Within 7 days of notification the winner is requested to accept the prize by way of email confirmation to the Promoter. In the event that the winner does not provide the required confirmation within the 7 days, or cannot attend the makeover on the day in March 2012, the entry may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be chosen.
9. The competition is open to Bounty Club members who must have valid email address.
10. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
11. Only one entry per person/household.
12. The prize cannot be transferred and no cash alternative is available.
13. Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Winners' name and county will be displayed on www.bounty.com within 14 days of the closing date.
15. Use of a false name or telephone number and/or email address, will result in disqualification.
16. Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited and the Promoter or any associated companies and members of their families, are not eligible to enter the competition.
17. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
18. The decisions of the Promoter and Bounty will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
20. In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
