Hi,
I have a bit of an issue, I ordered a laptop from this website: w.w.w.digital-fusion.co.uk (can't insert links) around November. I received it the next day (which was great), however after a few weeks it turned out the laptop was faulty and I sent it back to them.
I was in contact with the Manager of the company who sorted everything out (which was also good!) and I opted to get it exchanged for another one, so in the end I chose to get a MacBook Pro which was the same price as the laptop I ordered originally (HP Beats Laptop).
However, it's been nearly a month and a half and nothing has turned up after confirming with him, and he is not even replying to any of my emails or calls. Not sure what to do, I emailed him today saying if he doesn't resolve this matter by next week I will report him to trading standards and so forth. Called him twice today, no answer, not even voicemail.
So what should I do next? I've already sent him a furious email (i've been patient for a while!) He has my money and I have no goods, it's extremely frustrating and I need a laptop, and can't even go out and buy one as he has the money I used for one!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Affan

How did you pay for the goods?0
-
If you paid by credit card (i'm assuming the total value of the goods are over £100 given the goods you've stated) you can contact your card issuer and start a section 75 claim with them.
If you paid by debit card, you can contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Section 75 is better as it is rights given by law. Chargeback is part of mastercard/visas own policy and not by law.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
i have contacted their sales department, see if they reply....
if not, maybe they are in trouble???0
