    Scary RM

    Mine is surplus £77k:)

The debt expressed alone doesn't mean anything, our mortgage debt is 700k, but that doesn't particularly mean anything.

You seem to be the person doing the willy waving Derv. Myself and JB were just gently ribbing homelessskilled worker about it when you piled in with your £100k in the bank and £130k equity shout out.

Well at least you got that off your chest huh? :rotfl:

Just answering your question, which is something that you seem to fail to do on many an occasion.

That's the last time I'll mention it, but you'll no doubt dig it up from time to time.

I thought you'd changed, not mentioning your "plan", after the recent BoE "non event". Seems that you still want to rule the roost. Go on, prove you are the biggest c*ck.

None of it means anything unless they subtract the amount of assets people have from their debt. Then we'd see hugely positive figures which wouldn't be that great for funding of the various debt pressure groups.

Top mortgage debt though. As I said on the "£100k plus mortgage" thread on the MFW board, it's nice to know I'm not alone! :)

    That's exactly what I meant.

Perhaps you need to re-read the question. Something you have trouble with when you're making up your own ad hominem arguments. I've even re-stated the question but once again you are trying to lie to hide your embarrasment of being a willy waving hipocrite.

    HERE IS THE QUESTION AGAIN:

Attempt #1: "Its interesting that DervProf didn't come down on homelessskilledworker like a ton of bricks for 'bragging' about his £77k."

Attempt #2: "I asked why you didn't pull up homelessskilledworker for revealing his £77k savings"

Attempt #3: "Why didn't you pull up homelessskilledworker for revealing his £77k savings? Why do you NEVER pull anyone up for discussing their finances except me?"

I think you've already proven you're the biggest C*CK, Derv. You won that hands down a long time ago. :rotfl:

    Er what question was that?

I asked why you didn't pull up homelessskilledworker for revealing his £77k savings. I didn't ask you to start bragging about your own material wealth. Interesting how excited you were to reveal it though eh?
Perhaps Derv has finally realised that this is a financial website and people discuss their finances?

    I am enlightened.

We probably best discuss this another time chuck, DervProf is making a fool of himself on this thread - much like his mate geneer does on other ones.

Hey ho, we had a nice discussion going there until Derv rocked up and ruined it. :(

Clearly not because everyone else discusses their finances in context, you just bragged about your £130k equity and £100k savings out of the blue.

Pitiful really, and I'm not just talking of the net wealth of a life-long single and childless bloke approaching his 45th year. :rotfl:

    So sorry to upset you.

Please continue to compare your personal financial situations. I'm off to do something more productive/enjoyable.
