Hello
i pay £50 a month, have done for a year, rang up last night to give a meter reading and im £160 in credit, the guy on the phone asked if i wanted it refunded.
He also said they usually keep it until next year but because its so high he said it wouldn't be a problem.
Not bad news for january i guess !

Don't they take the amount you have in credit into account when they review the monthly payments? You might find that the next time they review your monthly payment, it will go up. I'm pretty sure that happened to my brother.0
