Hi everyone,
had to log on as someone else so gf doesnt know where were going just incase she checks!
Going to London next week 14th-17th for valentines day.
On the 14th, ive booked to go onto the london bridge, on the top part, with glass of champagne each and rose for GF:j
This is booked for 7:30 and lasts til 8:30.
Ive also booked the London Eye for 9:30 which lasts til 10:00 ish.
However, I forgot all about dinner, and have being looking, and there isnt really a time I could fit it in!
Im thinking about just leaving the overpriced dinner and just having something else lol but what is there that I could do thats still slightly romantic??? Cant cook etc as in a hotel!!!
Any ideas???
PS going to take her for dinner on the friday instead! Any recommendations? Preferably within zone 1/2.
Also which is best, oyster card or travel card for wed, thur, fri, sat?? Not really bothered about the sat will only get on tube twice tops!

NOt exactly the most original idea ever but could you do some sort of luxury pinic, maybe before you go out to London bridge - you could take a nice picnis blanket with you and set everything out whilst she is getting ready to go out, shower etc, in the bathroom. Just take a cool bag ( so will keep for your journey there), full of snacky type things, eg, strawberries, sushi, some sort of salad, some posh sarnies, maybe make a kind of fruit kebab covered in chocolate ( this would take some effort!!) - just skewer some nice fruit eg strawb/kiwi/ blueberry , whatever, dip in melted choc, then chill ( before you put it in cool bag) , take a small bottle of champers too, etc etc , obviously you wouldn't have all this food ( unless you fancy feeling sick n the london eye!!) but just some ideas!!
Other than that, could always just get a little snack before hand then get a late dinner/supper, near the london eye , or if you are in a poxsh hotel get a nice meal from roon service?!
Sorry not sure on the answers re the tube - i always just pay as io go !! ( don't live ion london!)
Have a lovely time!
