Now the ad is pointing to CCS parking. Their website shows and operative putting a PENALTY notice under a windscreen. If that's what 'over 30 years combined experience' comes up with, no wonder the industry includes legally illiterate thugs.

Still concerns me that it takes hundreds of complaints and six years for the justice system to attempt to do anything about it.

That's pointless, Google will simply render all your clicks invalid and the advertiser will get a refund on those invalid clicks.
