I signed up to SP because they offered £105 cashback after 1 year with them.....I have been trying to get this since July 11!
They told me they needed readings and it woudl appear in my bank within a month. When it didnt I called again and they asked for more readings and overall it has dragged on for 6 months!!
Now they say that the cashback doesnt come from them, it comes from the website I used to find them (which I think was U-Switch).
Is this right or am I being fobbed off??!!

It was a fixed tariff that only lasted a year, ending sometime July/August 2011, with the £105 to be paid at the end of the term.
It was nothing to do with a cashback site it was paid by Scottish Power. In my case it was credited to the next bill after the end of the tariff which was generated on 29th July. It was NOT paid into my bank.
Sounds like you have been dealing with a muppet, there is a SP rep on this forum who when he notices this I am sure will help.0 -
Hi ZOERUNNEREAD,
As notbritshgas advised online reward should have been applied to your ScottishPower account August last year. If you e-mail me with your details to onlinecomplaints@scottishpower.com I can look at this for you.
