What is the likelyhood of us exchanging next week?

Does anyone know what the likelyhood in our situation of us exchanging contracts next week?
I am selling my flat, the couple buying it have had a difficult time with their lenders (Leeds BS) who have continually asked for 'one more form' and now they have said that they need the accounts from my buyers own business to be countersigned by a different accountant than the one that does the accounts as the qualification that they have isn't recognised by Leeds BS. My buyers accountant is getting her old employer to do this hopefully today or by/for Monday, what is the likelyhood that we could then exchange contracts on our flat next week? both my solicitor and the buyers solicitor know that we want to move asap, there is no chain, however my flat is a shared ownership property and so the housing associations solicitors will need to be involved as well.
Thanks for any useful advice comments xx

How long is a piece of string? You have posed a question which is impossible to answer...
The Building society may grant the loan by end of play today meaning all go for Monday, on the other hand they may throw other obstacles in the way if the accounts are not signed off to their satisfaction.....
From your buyers point of view it may have been easier to get another accountant to verify their accounts rather than the ex employer (unless of course the ex employer is qualified to do so and has the qualification the BS seeks). The BS are simply trying to establish earnings (and the ability to pay back the loan) are what has been declared.0
