Go and get some sleep you mental woman! ;)

    Sleep?!?
Ahh yes, I think I vaguely remember what that is!!

Luckily the only jobs I've done are the merchandising audits so super quick once I get home to just pop the data in.
I don't think I'll be able to have full on days for a while where I come home with several reports to write. Got 2 GR banks tomorrow, which I've done so many times that I can probably write 1 of the reports pretty accurately tonight, as there's only 2 members of staff that work in the branch (it's one of the 'agency' ones?!?) and the service is always spot on and exactly the same really!!
Would really appreciate if GR could pop a supermarket home delivery job on, as I really need to go food shopping, which is never going to be fun with a fussy toddler and a newborn!

Monkeynut I take my hat off to you. Just do not overdo it and it catches up with you.
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

Has anyone ever tried to change the date of a GR assignment? I know it says that it can't be done but it would be much much more convenient if I could do it the day before - will it put me in their bad books or are they generally okay about it?

Give them a call. They're alright about it as long as its still within date range. I've only ever done it a couple of times and they were fine.

Thanks MG, I only want to make it a day earlier which is in the date range - I'll give them a call in the morning :)

They'll be fine with it, so long as it was a date you could have chosen in the first place. I've always found them really friendly, helpful and efficient on the phone.

Hi everyone. just want to say thanks for this very useful thread, especially the first couple of posts.
I have been registered as a mystery shopper for a couple of years now with 4 companies and am doing about 1-2 jobs a month. Have just registered with 2 more this weekend so hope to get a few more jobs coming in.
Normally only do shops so have a query for my books.
When i do a shop and keep the item i purchase i have to show this on my tax return, when i do a restaurant do i do the same?
I do eat the food but then you have to for the visit!
    Thanks,
    :j
  • I am playing chicken with gap. There are two drive thru assignments near me that are a few quid in petrol out the way so I’m certainly not doing them for double fee… but I’d definitely do them for triple fee and I’m very aware it’s near the end of the month… they haven’t gone up yet so I’m holding out for an extra premium and hoping we get there! Could do with a few high premiumed gaps to end the month, it’s been a quiet one… nabbed a double fee pizza one yesterday which was wonderful.

House move on the horizon, even renting we need a massive deposit… so hoping for a busy February… please MS gods, please!

Yes you do...is the easy answer
  • And these are the people sending me questions regarding my report!

What were colleagues doing that were not engaged with customers
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
