Bit of a rant. I have just done a bookies job for MF where I have to upload a picture of the front of the shop. Nowadays, most cameras have at least 3MP camera, mine has an 8MP. So why is their size limit for a photo 1MB!! I had to crop it right down to the bare bones and just about left the shopfront!Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

Its a long standing thing with them, largely due to the VAST amount of photos they receive each year.
Its easier to open the picture in MS Paint and decrease the size of the file using Resize/Skew.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
I compress pictures in MS Picture Manager and it makes them under the required levels. Here I go again on my own....0

I think you need to alter the resolution on the camera. I think 640x480 is ample of uploading shop front pics.0

Flyer have we given you a bit of an information overload?
I actually was unaware of any of the other options mentioned above. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

If you want to shrink those pics try http://www.getpaint.net/index.html it's free and is easy to use, unless the MSC needs high quality pics then 800x600px is fine.0
